Al-Nassr Defeats Al Hilal in the Saudi Super Cup

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a brace to lead Al-Nassr to a 2-1 victory over rivals Al Hilal in the Saudi Super Cup, securing his first trophy with the Saudi Arabian club.

The match, held at the Mohammed Bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, saw Ronaldo score both goals for Al-Nassr in extra time, ensuring the club's first Super Cup title and Ronaldo's first silverware since joining the team in January.

Al Hilal took the lead in the 18th minute through Odion Ighalo, but Ronaldo's goals in the 92nd and 94th minutes turned the match in Al-Nassr's favor, earning the Portuguese forward his first trophy in Saudi Arabia.

The victory caps a successful first few months for Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia, with the 38-year-old having scored five goals in four appearances for Al-Nassr.
